TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
1. General Provisions
These Purchase-Sale Rules (hereinafter – the Agreement) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in this online store.2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, after forming a shopping cart in the online store, pays for the goods or selects payment upon delivery and receives an order confirmation via email.
3. Protection of Buyer's Data
All information related to personal data is collected for the following purposes:
To process orders for goods or services;
To resolve issues related to the presentation or delivery of goods;
To fulfill other contractual obligations.
4. Buyer's Rights (Returns)
The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Store in accordance with these Rules.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded with the Store by notifying the Seller via email at info@topbaterija.lt no later than within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery.
No questions asked and no forms required!
Refunds are issued to the Buyer's account within 7 working days.
To return a non-defective item of good quality, the Buyer covers the shipping costs.
The returned item must be safely packaged and must not have lost its commercial appearance.
5. Buyer's Obligations
The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with these Rules.
The Buyer undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of their login data.
If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.
6. Seller's Rights
The Seller reserves the right to terminate the provision of services without prior notice if the Buyer attempts to undermine the operation of the store.
The Seller has the right to cancel an order if the Buyer, after receiving an invoice, fails to pay it within 3 (three) working days.
If a pricing error occurs in the online store due to system errors, the Seller has the right to cancel the order after informing the Buyer.
7. Seller's Obligations
The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the specified address.
If, due to significant circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered item, they undertake to offer an analogous product. If the Buyer refuses the alternative, the money will be refunded within 7 (seven) working days.
8. Other Conditions and Dispute Resolution
These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disagreements shall be settled through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

9. Waste Management of Electrical and Electronic Equipment
