1. General Provisions
These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") are a legally binding document that defines the mutual rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in this online store.2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Contract
The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a shopping cart in the online store, pays for the goods, or selects payment upon delivery, and receives an order confirmation via email.
3. Protection and Processing of Personal Data
3.1. The Buyer's personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, email) is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order (concluding the contract, issuing invoices, delivering goods).
3.2. Data is transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill the order:
To courier services (for delivery purposes);
To payment institutions (e.g., "Paysera", banks) for processing payments;
To state authorities, when required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.3. Direct marketing messages (newsletters) are sent only with the Buyer’s explicit consent (e.g., by checking a box during checkout or subscribing). The Buyer may withdraw this consent at any time.

4. Buyer’s Rights (Returns)
The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Store in accordance with these Terms.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract by notifying the Seller via email at info@topbaterija.lt no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery.
Hassle-free returns: No complex forms required.
Refunds: Money is refunded to the Buyer’s bank account within 7 business days.
Return shipping: The Buyer covers the shipping costs when returning a non-defective item.
Condition: The returned item must be securely packed and in its original commercial condition (undamaged).
5. Buyer’s Obligations
The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with these Terms. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login data.
If the details provided in the Buyer's registration form change, the Buyer must immediately update them.
6. Seller’s Rights
The Seller reserves the right to terminate services without warning if the Buyer attempts to harm the operation of the online store.
The Seller has the right to cancel an order if the Buyer, after receiving an invoice, does not pay within 3 (three) business days.
In the event of a system error resulting in an incorrect price, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order after informing the Buyer.
7. Seller’s Obligations
The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the address specified by the Buyer.
If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered item due to unforeseen circumstances, they undertake to offer an analogous product. If the Buyer refuses, the money will be refunded within 7 (seven) business days.
8. Other Conditions and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
